Does PortalPack upload my images?

No. All processing is done locally on your computer. Nothing is uploaded.

What is the best quality setting for WebP?

For most web use cases, WebP quality 80–85 is the best balance between size and quality.

How does the license work?

You purchase a one-time lifetime license and receive a license key by email. Activate inside the app. Internet is required only for first activation — afterwards it works offline.

Can I use one license on multiple computers?

Yes. One license supports activation on up to 3 devices. If you switch computers, use "Disable on this device" to free an activation.

What output formats are supported?

WebP, AVIF, JPG, PNG (depending on preset and your chosen output settings).

Where do I get my download after the trial checkout?
