Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions explain how you can delete your data related to InfoHelm services, including our mobile applications DreamCodex AI and Una Astro-Tarot AI.

1. Delete your local data

You can remove all locally stored data on your device at any time by uninstalling the App from your phone or tablet. This does not automatically remove data stored on our servers (account and associated cloud data).

2. Delete your account and cloud data (in-app)

If you still have access to the App, you can delete your account directly from within the App:

This will permanently delete your account and associated cloud data stored by InfoHelm (for example: profile data and app-related stored history). Deletion is typically processed immediately; in some cases it may take up to 7 business days. You may need to sign in again to confirm ownership before deletion is completed.
