This Privacy Policy explains how InfoHelm (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website infohelm.org (the “Website”) and our mobile applications, including DreamCodex AI and Una Astro-Tarot AI (the “Apps”).

Email address, if you contact us or create an account (where available)
Optional nickname or display name in the Apps
Content you type into the Apps (for example dream descriptions, questions, tarot topics, notes) – this is used only to generate interpretations and show your history inside the Apps

2.2 Information collected automatically

Device information (device model, operating system, language, app version)
Log and usage data (screens visited, buttons tapped, time spent in the Apps or on the Website)
Crash and performance data to help us find and fix bugs
Advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA) and approximate location, if ads are shown in the Apps

To provide, operate, and maintain the Website and Apps
To generate and display interpretations and history based on the content you enter
To manage in-app purchases, subscriptions, and coins/credits
To improve stability, performance, and user experience (analytics and crash reports)

4. Third-party services (ads & analytics)

The Apps may use third-party services such as Google AdMob (for ads) and analytics or crash-reporting tools. These partners may collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, and usage information in order to provide their services. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Where required by law (for example in the EU/EEA), we ask for your consent before using personalized advertising. You can withdraw consent in the App (where available) or through your device settings (limit ad tracking / reset advertising ID).

5. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no system can be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes listed in this Policy:

Account data and in-app content are kept while your account is active.
Analytics and logs are stored for a limited period for diagnostics and security, then deleted or anonymized.
Purchase and billing records may be kept longer if required by applicable law (for example tax regulations).

7. Children’s privacy

The Website and Apps are not intended for children under 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from children under this age.
